- Einstein faculty & staff on the Einstein Campus: your UserID is the 5-digit number on the back of your Einstein/Montefiore ID card.
- Jacobi faculty & residents: your UserID is your NBX___ number.
- Montefiore & Weiler faculty & residents: your UserID is the 10-digit barcode number on your MMC ID card or your EZID number.
- Jamaica Hospital Family Medicine faculty & residents: your UserID is your JNY___ number.
