It appears from the ACP web site there is no institutional subscription to MKSAP 16. It is meant for individual purchase. That is why we have an electronic copy of MKSAP 5 for Students.
On the Library's home page, http://library.einstein.yu.edu, there is a link to Test Prep Resources that include both print and electronic titles.
Since test prep is a lucrative market, publishers and providers are hesitant about providing institutional access and when then they are exorbitantly priced.
